Community Guidelines
Effective Date: August 8, 2026
Last updated: August 8, 2026
These Community Guidelines cover the main rules of conduct we expect from players across our games. If you don't follow them, we may limit or remove your access to some or all of our Services, including any Virtual Items tied to your account. We update these Guidelines from time to time, so check back occasionally.
Fair play
We want our games to be fair and fun for everyone. We have zero tolerance for cheating, exploiting bugs, or other unethical behavior, and we act on accounts we find manipulating game progress unfairly.
Communication
Where a game includes chat, team names, player names, or other communication features, we expect players to treat each other with respect. The following aren't allowed:
- racism, hate speech, or other discriminatory language
- bullying, harassment, or targeted personal attacks
- threats or encouragement of violence
- encouraging self-harm or unlawful conduct
- sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate content
- profanity or language that's disrespectful or offensive
- advertising, spamming, or scamming other players
- sharing other players' private information, or asking them for it
- sharing external links in chat or other in-game communication
Depending on severity, breaking these rules can lead to a temporary or permanent loss of communication features, removal from a team or group, or a permanent ban from our games.
If someone sends you an offensive message, you can report it to us at hello@superhyper.games — a screenshot helps a lot.
Cheating
Cheating means anything that subverts a game's rules to gain an unfair advantage — including using third-party software to modify a game or your progress, exploiting bugs on purpose, or trying to manipulate our systems in bad faith. We investigate reports and unusual activity, and may suspend or ban accounts we believe have cheated.
To report suspected cheating, email hello@superhyper.games with as much detail as you can, including a screenshot or clip if you have one.
Unauthorized selling or buying
If you come across a website or link claiming to offer free in-game currency, items, or lives outside of our official Services, don't open it — these are almost always scams. Please report them to us at hello@superhyper.games. We don't authorize any third party to sell in-game currency or items outside our official Services.
