This Policy doesn't cover data we collect offline, such as from job applicants.

You can reach us at hello@superhyper.games.
2. Personal data we collect
Directly from you
- Contact information — your country or region, name, email address, or username.
- User-generated content — files, documents, images, or information you upload or choose to share when you contact us or use our Services.
- Profile and gameplay information — your screen name, avatar, in-game progress, scores, achievements, and purchases (including what, when, and how much you paid).
- Survey information — feedback and ratings you give us about our Services.
- Parental information — if a parental-control setting is enabled in a game, the parent email address and PIN created for that purpose.
Automatically, as you use our Services

- Advertising interaction data — how long you viewed an ad, your clicks or other interactions, and details about the ad content and placement.

From third parties
- Social media — if you interact with our official pages (e.g. following or sharing our content), depending on your privacy settings.
- App stores — if you download our games or make in-app purchases through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store, we receive limited data about your device, account, and transaction. We never receive your full card or bank details.
- Sign-in providers — if a game lets you sign in through Google, Apple, or another provider, that provider may share your name, email, user ID, and profile picture with us, subject to your settings with them.
- Advertising technology providers — the partners listed in Section 6 below may share analytics, ad-interaction, device, commercial, and interest data with us, depending on your privacy settings.
- Other sources — publicly available sources, or third parties who had your permission to share your data with us.
3. Why we process your personal data
Depending on how you use our Services, we may use your personal data to:
- personalize your in-game profile and provide our games, including any social or competitive features, and player support

- respond to your questions and provide customer support
- detect and prevent cheating, fraud, or other prohibited activity
- measure interest in, and conduct internal research and analytics about, our Services

- evaluate a future reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of our business or assets
- market our Services and show you advertising, including through the advertising partners in Section 6
4. Who we share personal data with
- Service providers — companies that provide us IT infrastructure, customer support tooling, analytics, or other supporting services under contracts that limit their use of your data to what we ask them to do.
- Legal and safety disclosures — where we believe it's necessary to comply with law enforcement, court orders, or legal process; to enforce our policies; to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of others; or to investigate suspected illegal activity.
- Advertising technology providers — see Section 6 (Advertising) below.
- With your consent — for example, if you agree to let us feature your feedback publicly.
- Business transfers — with a potential buyer and their advisors, if we're evaluating or carrying out a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. App stores and platform services
We rely on the Apple App Store and Google Play to distribute our games and process purchases. We don't receive or store your full payment card or bank account details. We encourage you to review Apple's and Google's own privacy policies as well.
6. Advertising
Our games are supported, in whole or in part, by in-app advertising, and we may show ads for our own Services on other companies' apps and websites. To do this, we work with third-party advertising technology providers ("AdTech Providers"). We list the full range of providers we may work with below; not every game uses every provider, but we're publishing the complete list for transparency, and update it as our stack changes.

Where permitted, we may share analytics data, advertising interaction data, device data, commercial data, and interest inferences with these providers so that they can serve ads, measure and cap how often you see an ad, personalize ads to you, provide attribution and crash reporting, and produce reporting and market research. These providers collect some of this information directly from your browser or device, and may combine it with information collected elsewhere. This Policy doesn't cover these providers' own processing of your data — please review their individual privacy policies for more detail.
7. Your control over your data
- Uninstalling a game stops us collecting data through that game on that device and removes locally stored data, including progress saved only on-device. We may still process data we collected before you uninstalled.
- Resetting your advertising identifier, from your device settings, makes you appear as a new user to us and our ad partners going forward.
- Deleting your account, where a game offers accounts, removes your progress and unspent virtual items and de-identifies the data linked to your account, except where we need to keep certain records to comply with law or defend a legal claim. See how to request account deletion.
- Device permissions for things like location can be changed any time in your device's settings.
- Push notifications can be turned off in your device settings.
- Targeted advertising can be limited using your device's ad-tracking controls. On iOS, our games ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before using your device's advertising identifier for tracking — you can decline there, or change your answer later in your device's Settings > Privacy > Tracking. On Android, you can turn off ad personalization or reset your advertising ID from your device's Settings > Ads. Turning this off means ads you see won't be personalized to you, though you may still see ads.
8. Your rights under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed, and request information about it
- learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used accordingly
- know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, your data is shared with
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- request deletion or destruction of your data, subject to legal requirements
- object to a result that arises against you through analysis of your data solely via automated means
- claim compensation if you're harmed by unlawful processing of your data
If you're in the United States, the UK, the EEA, or Switzerland, you may have additional or different rights — see our regional supplements linked at the top of this page.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@superhyper.games. We may ask you for information to verify your identity before acting on your request, and we'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. Children
Our Services are intended for a general audience and aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you're old enough to use our Services but under the age of majority where you live, you should have your parent or legal guardian read this Policy and our Terms of Service, and supervise your use of our Services. Where a game offers parental controls, parents can use them to manage chat, in-app purchases, and other features. If we learn we've collected personal data from a child under 13, we'll take steps to delete it — contact us at the email above if you believe this has happened.
10. Security
We use physical, technical, and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and contractual data-protection commitments from the parties we share data with — designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized processing. No system is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.
11. Third-party links
Our Services may link to third-party websites, plug-ins, or apps. Except where we say otherwise, those third parties' data practices aren't covered by this Policy, and we aren't responsible for them. Please review their own privacy policies.
12. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required to meet our legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Once none of these apply, we delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, let you know through the Services or by email.

This page is a general-purpose starting template and not legal advice. The bracketed address still needs filling in. Before you rely on this for a live product — especially the sections on children's data, ad-SDK data transfers abroad, and whether your company needs to register with VERBİS — have it reviewed by a lawyer familiar with KVKK and, since you're prioritizing the U.S. and UK, with CCPA/state privacy laws and UK/EU GDPR too.
