Delete Your Account

Effective Date: August 8, 2026

If a superhyper game lets you create an account, you can request to have it — and the personal data tied to it — deleted at any time.

How to request deletion

Email hello@superhyper.games from the email address linked to your account (or tell us your in-game username and the platform you play on) with the subject line "Account deletion request." We'll verify it's really you, then process your request.

What gets deleted

We'll delete your account, in-game progress, and the personal data linked to it. We may keep limited information where we're required to by law, or where we need it to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms of Service — only for as long as those purposes require.

How long it takes

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. We'll confirm by email once it's done.

Losing access to purchases and progress

Deleting your account is permanent. You'll lose your saved progress and any unspent Virtual Items, and we won't be able to restore them afterward.
